I pulled this off my friend Boson's Facebook. This guy Jerry Busnuk is a retired Baltimore Police captain and posted this about the bike robberies. I like what he had to say about people not realizing our future is bikes, and us youngins roaming the city. Honestly I think they just need to boost up the lighting in that "red zone" for starters. Also as much as I hate to say it, Baltimore will never be a big bike city. If you live in points north then you have to be a dedicated cyclist to want to ride back up the hills. Most of the downtown flatter hoods are, well lets just say they get to drunk to ride bikes.
